Step 1 - Get started by signing into your webmail or somewhere that will prompt you to log in.

Step 2 - Upon entering your credentials, you will be prompted for More information required. This is for the self-service password reset (SSPR) and Azure MFA enrollment. Select Next:

Step 3 - Complete the required prompts by following the instructions for adding your phone number:

Step 4 -Enter the confirmation code for either the text or phone call that you chose:

Step 5 - You will then see that your phone number has been verified. Move on to the secondary form of contact.

Step 6 - Fill out the required fields for the secondary contact (email address):

Step 7 - Once again, confirm the codes for the second method and finish by selecting Done:

Step 8 - Next time you sign in, you’ll be prompted to confirm your identity:

Step 9 - You can choose a call or text option to confirm and then advance to your login.
