You can add Teams Conference phones to a Teams meeting. This will put the meeting on the phone itself and make it easier to start your conference calls.
- In Outlook, add a New Teams Meeting to your calendar
- Add the conference phone (email address) to the To list
- You can enter the name of the building and use the Check Names button to search, or you can look at the profile on the conference phone itself and see the account name (see image below).
- Add your other users to the meeting and any options required for Teams Meetings.
- From the Yealink conference phone, your meeting will appear on the main screen. Select the Join button to start your meeting call.
