You can access Organization charts in departments to see who else works in the department and also who is available. 

 - Search for any individual in the top search box, or open a contact or chat from your Speed dial

 - Select Organization from the top menu

 - You will see who is currently in their department and their status

 - Select any user to access their contact information or interact with them through Teams
