Bluetooth pairing is not officially supported or recommended between the Yealink phones and the Microsoft Teams client.

You can schedule Teams meetings for conference calls, video conferencing, and screen sharing. Microsoft provides instructions and information for creating Teams meetings and options from the Teams app. 

You can also create and schedule Teams meetings from Outlook.  

If you want to Join a meeting in Teams, you can join by the Teams app or by mobile phone.
